Good luck getting east. My son has been stationed there for nearly a year so I've been looking forward to your reports from that area.

GOOD LUCK!!!
Well hopefully you guys can get out this time, when i remembered the weather problems you guys faced I went to check the weather forcast, I have no idea what was the closest city to Bagram so I had to use google maps, its showing Jalalabad. So I checked the weather and it showed that there is no rain but clouds, but when is the weatherman ever right the first time eh?, hopefully it will stay clear for you guys to get airborne.

More of "30-days"
Thank you so much for this AMAZING reporting. What a humbling experience to watch these Afghan people in their daily lives and the
dedication of our soldiers around the world all working together in an effort to make life a little less complicated for these wonderful folks.
I am soooo glad that you will continue to report, hopefully for another 30-days, it is addicting to watch. CNN should hire you both after this.

Meant Well D-O-N-E, not "Well DON"... sorry. Wish there was a way to edit comments after posting. Brain tends to get ahead of the fingers doing the typing.

the music
Guys, you may have covered this and I didn't catch it, but where did the music come from in your series? It's perfect and I've come to really enjoy the opening and the music throughout. Who created it? Was it created for your series or picked up from somewhere? If you know the person(s) responsible please thank them! And enjoy the opening too, esp the climb up the hill. Cool. ak
